IYKYK!  Are you obsessed with glitter like me?! If you are, this is the package for you.  You'll get 20 strands of tinsel folded in half.  Depending on your style/technique, the strands will be placed at the crown of your head, then a layer underneath.  Pick and choose your favorite colors!
